I am a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Educator. I am board certified in adult and adolescent weight loss management and have extensive experience working with a plethora of populations related to health and wellness needs within the community and worksite arena.

I am certified as MBTI trainer, AFAA trained, certified hypnotherapist, and have much experience with wellness coaching. Past clients include: City Furniture, Tri-Rail, Boca Raton Regional Hospital Associates, Holy Cross Associates, Advanced Roofing, Palm Beach County schools, Palm Beach county retirement facilities, Country Clubs, Community affiliations,  Drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities, and more.
